Day  7:                                   Rest Day

Distance:                             3km (riding the bikes back from the Don Ash Bike Hub)

A well earned rest day has allowed us to veg out in Shepparton and attend to a number of chores.

We picked up our bikes from the Don Ash Bike Hub and can’t thank Trevor and Nathan enough for looking over the bikes and showing them some tender loving care... and grease. Theyre looking brand new and we cant wait to get them back on the road tomorrow.

We think we’ve also gotten to the bottom of how were known to the people of Wagga... our proud supporter Coach Jeff (www.coachjeff.com.au)!!. With over 10,000 subscribers and a number of industry contacts, Coach Jeff has been spreading the word about us and our crazy adventure. A new podcast will be uploaded tonight and we’ll continue to check in with him during our rest days... so if these blogs aren’t enough and you miss our angelic voices, head over to his site and tune in!

The Shepparton News also caught up with us today and we’ll post a copy of the article online once its been published.

Thanks also go to the lovely girls, including Krystal at Subway, for hooking us up with some carbs... we’ll put them to good use tomorrow when we get back on the road to Finley.
